Make the Move, the North Devon Theatres’ performing arts programme, hosts two days of performances and workshops for the community by the community.

The weekend will feature performances from fledgling organisations, schools and established community groups, including the McMaster Theatre School from Ireland. Participating groups will also host workshops throughout the weekend. There will be opportunities to try your hand at anything from belly dancing to mask-making.

A passionate peace campaigner has to reconsider his motives when his school age children decide to save the human race from nuclear disaster. Enlisting the help of their school chums they plan an escapade that captures the imagination of the world. Suitable for all ages. A Make the Move performance ‘in the round’.
Adapted by Binnie Yeates from the play by Roger McDougall. This amateur performance is presented by arrangement with Josef Weinberger Ltd.
