Pendragon began playing cover versions of classic rock tunes by Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac and Santana back in 1978. Following the release of their debut album in 1985 they have performed at countless festivals including the infamous Reading Festival, recorded a live session for the BBC Radio 1 Friday Rock Show and regularly tour Europe. In 2001 founding member Nick Barrett was awarded Best Guitarist by The Classic Rock Society. Pendragon are influenced by Marillion, Camel, Pink Floyd and Genesis.
Each band member is a virtuoso in his instrument: Peter Gee (bass), Joe Crabtree (drums), Clive Nolan (keys) and founding member Nick Barrett, an incredible guitarist with Floydian style.
