The Neil Maya Quartet is one of South West's most exciting and talented, modern and yet contemporary jazz groups. These four superb, innovative and experienced musicians – Neil Maya (sax), Tom Unwin (piano), Marcus Vergette (double bass) and Gary Evans (drums), love to swing. They also love playing sambas, bossas, jazz funk and South African grooves to name but a few often changing grooves within the same tune.
