30 July - Paul Carrack on sale today

Legendary Sheffield-born singer, songwriter and former frontman of Ace, Squeeze and Mike & The Mechanics, Paul Carrack is coming to the Queen's Theatre, Barnstaple on 30 January 2011 as part of a UK tour to promote his acclaimed new album I know That Name. Tickets for the concert are on sale from today.

The album has received heavy airplay on BBC Radio 2 and the single 'I Don't Want to Hear Any More' featuring Don Henley and fellow Eagle Timothy B. Schmit, on backing vocals, has been recorded and released as a single by The Eagles too.

With a back catalogue of hits including How Long, Tempted and The Living Years, Paul's marvellously soulful voice is known to millions around the world; he is undoubtedly a key figure in Britsh pop history.

And as his devoted fans know all too well, a Paul Carrack show is always something very special and we're delighted to be welcoming him to the Queen's.
